Actor Yomi Fabiyi has mentioned his colleague Olarenwaju Omiyimika aka Baba Ijesha will appeal his 16-year sentence through a court in Lagos for sexual attack on Thursday.
Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo, in a two-hour judgment on Thursday, convicted Baba Ijesha of indecent remedy of a kid, sexual attack, and attempted sexual attack.
Taiwo, however, discharged and acquitted him of counts one and depend six, that have been: sexual attack through penetration and attempted sexual attack through penetration.
He used to be thereby sentenced to 16 years imprisonment.
Reacting to this, Yomi Fabiyi Baba Ijesha will appeal his 16-year sentence through a court in Lagos for sexual attack on Thursday.
