He converted to Hinduism after long controversial statements and changing political scenario. He changed his religion in the presence of chief priest of Dasna Devi temple. He also performed yagna and changed his name after completing all the rituals. He always embraced Hinduism because of it faced challenges from his own community. Rizvi talked about it in the mainstream media and live interviews.
